At MiniRCDrift, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return a product within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Certain products, such as custom-built or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at ayanraja08@outlook.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address provided within the Email.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer free replacements for eligible cases.
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon receipt).
  • Custom-built RC drift cars or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
